Only the files and folders it creates in the owner's own Google Drive (the drive.file scope). These files are backup data that is encrypted on the owner's computer before upload.

The OAuth token is stored locally in the rclone configuration on the owner's computers.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time from Google Account, Security, Third-party apps with account access.
